• Service Interruptions — kkv8 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, internet failures, or third-party infrastructure disruptions affecting platform availability.
• Game Malfunctions — In the event of a technical malfunction or network failure disrupting a game round, kkv8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return staked funds. No additional compensation will be payable.
• Third-Party Payment Delays — kkv8 accepts no liability for delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal disbursement attributable to the operational processes of bKash, Nagad, Rocket or any banking institution.
